Intensive Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to Intensive tickets purchased from Can You Dance? Ltd. These terms and conditions do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. For further information about your statutory rights contact Citizens Advice (www.adviceguide.org.uk).
Any purchase of an Intensive ticket from us is subject to: a) these terms and conditions, b) any special conditions and/or restrictions which may be displayed on our website.
Purchasing your Intensive Ticket
The purchase of an Intensive ticket is subject to availability and subject to acceptance by Can You Dance? Ltd.
We use our best efforts to ensure that the prices of the Intensive tickets displayed are correct. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some Intensive tickets on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of an Intensive ticket you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you of this error. You will have the option of continuing with the purchase at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you of the cancellation.
Age restrictions apply to the Intensives. Please note that where age restrictions apply, you book accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is, or appears to be, under or over the applicable age.
If we suspect that your Intensive ticket has been purchased fraudulently, we may cancel your booking.
Reselling your Intensive Ticket
Intensive tickets sold or being offered for sale for commercial gain or profit is strictly prohibited and we reserve the right to cancel your booking and refuse entry to the event. You may resell your ticket for the same price to another dancer as long as they are in the same age category but you must provide CYD? with the new dancer’s contact details.
Intensive tickets cannot be refunded after purchase.
If for any reason you can no longer attend the Intensive event you have purchased a ticket for, you may have the option to transfer onto another Intensive event of the the same value, this is subject to availability and subject to acceptance by Can You Dance? Ltd.
Should we have to run socially distanced events in 2021, this will affect our overall capacity allowance, therefore the timings, length of day and overall experience may vary in 2021. Should we no longer be able to accommodate your attendance you will be notified and receive a FULL REFUND. Cancellation, Postponement or Changes to your Intensive Event
Occasionally events may be changed, postponed or cancelled. It is your responsibility to check that the event is going ahead as advertised. All advertised times are approximate and subject to change.
If your event is postponed, your Intensive ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date you have the following options:
- Attend your rescheduled CYD? Intensive
- Transfer to another CYD? Intensive
- Transfer your tickets over to a CYD? Intensive 2021
If your event is cancelled, Can You Dance? Ltd. will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. If Can You Dance? Ltd. is unable to put on any future events, you will be fully refunded.
Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation relating to the event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk.
Photography at the Intensive Event
Video recordings and photographs will be taken during the Intensives and used for publicity and promotional purposes. The images and recordings will become property of Can You Dance? and will remain as such until the time that they are deleted. If you do not wish your child to be included in any of the recordings or photographs please make yourself known to a CYD? team member at the Intensive.
