Entry Wristbands
Please ensure that you bring your booking confirmation email, which must include both Entry and Masterclass tickets. These tickets will be required for presentation upon arrival and before the commencement of each class.
Upon arrival, wristbands will be distributed, unless pre-ordered through the office. Dancers will be identified with white wristbands, spectators with orange, and teachers with blue.
It is important that everyone keeps their wristbands on throughout the event. Lost, misplaced, or forgotten tickets will NOT be reissued, and a new entrance band must be purchased. Please ensure your wristband is securely worn before entering the venue.
Class tickets
Replacement class tickets will not be provided at the event so it is crucial to bring your digital tickets which have been emailed to you, as dancers will be denied entry to masterclasses without them.
We suggest printing entry & class tickets out or taking a screen shot in case there is no service inside the venue.
Although class tickets cannot be exchanged, masterclass tickets are available for purchase leading up to the event and also on the day via the link HERE

The day
Doors will open at 10:00am. Please be aware that bag checks will be taking place so allow extra time for this. There will be an intro at 10:30am, with the first class beginning at 10:45am. There will be a showcase at 1:30pm. The classes end at 5:15pm, and there will be another showcase at 5:30pm. The day will finish at around 7:00pm.

Parking
The Winter Gardens does not have on-site public parking, but there are many situated nearby the venue, such as the Houndshill car park. Open air, ground level parking is also available on the corner of Adelaide Street and Alfred Street approx 200m from the Church Street entrance. There is also limited metered street-parking available close-by.
Catering
There will be food available within the venue, please note it is card payment only.

What to wear
Please wear suitable clothing for the Masterclasses. Trainers are fine for commercial & jazz, as certain areas of the venue are carpeted contemporary may require socks or soft soled dance shoes.

Photos & Videos – Photos & videos will be taken at the event – if you have students who don’t wish to be on any of them please make this known to a member of staff on arrival at the event.
