TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REGIONAL EVENTS

These terms and conditions apply to Regional tickets purchased from Can You Dance? Ltd. These terms and conditions do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. For further information about your statutory rights contact Citizens Advice (www.adviceguide.org.uk).

Any purchase of an Regional ticket from us is subject to: a) these terms and conditions, b) any special conditions and/or restrictions which may be displayed on our website.

PURCHASING YOUR REGIONAL TICKET

The purchase of a Regional ticket is subject to availability and subject to acceptance by Can You Dance? Ltd.

We use our best efforts to ensure that the prices of the Regional tickets displayed are correct. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some Regional tickets on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of a Regional ticket you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you of this error. You will have the option of continuing with the purchase at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you of the cancellation.

Age restrictions apply to the Regionals. Please note that where age restrictions apply, you book accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is, or appears to be, under or over the applicable age.

If we suspect that your Regional ticket has been purchased fraudulently, we may cancel your booking.

RESELLING YOUR REGIONAL TICKET

Regional tickets are for personal use only. Regional tickets sold or being offered for sale for commercial gain or profit is strictly prohibited and we reserve the right to cancel your booking and refuse entry to the event.

REQUESTING REFUNDS

Regional tickets cannot be refunded after purchase.

If for any reason you can no longer attend the Regional event you have purchased a ticket for, you may have the option to transfer onto another Regional event of the the same value, this is subject to availability and subject to acceptance by Can You Dance? Ltd.

CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT OR CHANGES TO YOUR REGIONAL EVENT

Occasionally events may be changed, postponed or cancelled. It is your responsibility to check that the event is going ahead as advertised. All advertised times are approximate and subject to change.

If your event is postponed, your Regional ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may have the option to transfer onto another Regional event of the same value, this is subject to availability and subject to acceptance by Can You Dance? Ltd.

If your event is cancelled, Can You Dance? Ltd. will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible and you may have the option to transfer onto another Intensive event of the same value, this is subject to availability and subject to acceptance by Can You Dance? Ltd.

Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation relating to the event which have been arranged by you are at your own risk.
