The incredible Main Stage at the CYD? Super Convention is dedicated to dance schools. With full production, lighting, staging and effects this is an experience your dancers will cherish forever! We invite all styles & levels as this is a non competitive platform to perform and have fun with your dance friends. All performances are professionally filmed so you can share with friends and family after the event, your school & dancers will also receive a certificate for performing! Performing on the CYD? Main Stage is included in your entry ticket – there is no additional cost.

PERFORM
Perform on the biggest platform for dance schools here in the UK! An exciting opportunity for your dancers to perform on an incredible stage with professional lighting, LED screens and sound. Your performance will be professionally filmed & available to you to download after the event to share with family and friends. You can enter 1 group per school, minimum of 10 dancers max 50. Music length is 3.5 minutes. Suitable for all levels, styles and ages from 5+ (limited to the first 120 schools to register)
TAKE CLASS
With over 200 masterclasses on offer in lots of different styles, dancers can create their own ultimate dance timetable! Just select the level, style & tutor that works best for you! All classes are delivered by our renowned CYD? Faculty which are the best in the industry! As always, we have lots of prizes, scholarships & awards on offer! All class capacities are capped to avoid any overcrowding & benefit from a level of sound proofing & space for spectators to watch too! For dancers aged 5+

We have all the leading Dance colleges in attendance making it the perfect opportunity to meet and talk with them face to face. Not only that but you can watch colleges perform on the main stage, take class with some of their faculty and get scouted for scholarships. Previous colleges include, Urdang, Wilkes, Performers, Masters, MEPA, Jelli Studios, Stella Mann and many more.
We’re excited to announce in partnership with Industry Auditions that we will be providing an exclusive chance to place performers into work all over the world! Auditions will take place across the weekend at the CYD? Super Convention & submissions are now open for dancers aged 18+
Introducing the CYD? x Stand Out UK Street Champs Group Competition, a team-only event making its debut on Saturday, October 12th at 7:00pm at the CYD? Super Convention! This year, we’re expanding our street dance opportunities, giving schools a dedicated platform to shine in this genre!
Calling all ballet dancers! We have an incredible opportunity at this year’s Super Convention! In partnership with GCDanceEvents, we will be auditioning ballet dancers from ages 13+ for lots of amazing opportunities. Click below to find out more and register your place.

From the North – Leave the M6 at junction 26 and follow signs for M58 Liverpool. Follow to end of M58 and then take signs for A59 Liverpool. Continue to follow Liverpool City Centre until picking up signs for the Waterfront. From the South – Leave the M6 at junction 21A and take the M62 to Liverpool. At the end of the M62 follow signs for Liverpool City Centre along Edge Lane, picking up and following signs for Waterfront. The Liverpool Waterfront Car Park is signposted ‘Waterfront’ on the city wide ‘available spaces’ signage. For Sat Nav please use L3 4BX There is a Car Park available at the venue.
